1261-3 Owen Place NE: condo design for investor/developer

Gut renovation/conversion of two adjacent row houses in an up and coming neighborhood into a development with a total of four 2BR/2BA condominium units (two units per building). The objective was to provide a thoughtful design for a developer rehabilitating buildings in a neighborhood where condominium prices are still affordable. Smart design, good value.

The developer purchased the buildings separately, and expanded the scope of the design task after the purchase of the second building. Renderings show initial design concepts for the first purchase (1261 Owen Place).
